Like you, Dr. Holscher, Dr. Lowdermilk, and the entire AVC staff have been closely monitoring reports and guidance on COVID-19 from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
Rest assured that we have taken action and our team is working to ensure that we continue to provide the services you and your pets expect and deserve from us. At this time, we are continuing to follow our current appointment schedule. We are, however, making a few changes to our protocols and ask for your assistance:
- Please note: at this time, ALL clients are asked to remain in their vehicles. To prevent the possibility of exposure, all services and treatments will be performed curb-side and only staff members will be allowed admittance to our facility.
- When you arrive at our office, please remain in your vehicle, and call our office at 812-877-3087 to inform us of your arrival. A team member will meet you at your vehicle and escort your pet to an examination room when Dr. Holscher or Dr. Lowdermilk will provide an assessment of your pet and perform any treatments that are needed.
As always, we will work diligently to regularly clean all of our examination rooms, treatment tables, all public surfaces, and will continue to follow strict disinfection protocols.
We ask that you please contact our office at 812-877-3087 or email us at email@example.com to reschedule any appointments you may have scheduled if you are experiencing any flulike or COVID-19-like symptoms.
If you feel the need to cancel your service appointment due to illness, please let us know, and rest assured that we will do our very best to reschedule your appointment as soon as you are feeling better.
